Welcome to
"Horizon Europe for Switzerland"
This national online information event will take place on 17-18 February 2021
The first day of the event will focus on the novelties of the new EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation, "Horizon Europe", and Swiss participation in it. High-level speakers from the European Commission and the State Secretariat for Research and Innovation will provide information on the latest developments. The past experience of Swiss researchers will be illustrated in two testimonials, one from the academic and one from the private sector.
The three parts (the so-called Pillars) of Horizon Europe will be more comprehensively introduced on the second day. The morning is rounded off by inspiring success stories from previous Swiss participants in the EU Framework Programmes.
Day 2 finishes with virtual 1:1 meetings with the Swiss National Contact Points (NCPs) and advisors from the regional offices of Euresearch and the Swiss Enterprise Europe Network. Be sure to book a meeting if you would like a chance to talk to our experts.
The event will be held in English and it is aimed at researchers based in or coming to Switzerland. Unfortunately, we cannot consider the participation of people with no connection to research in Switzerland.
Please refer to the agenda for more information and register now!
